If you pick up your phone while the Toyota FaceItDown app is tracking, you’ll lose all points earned for that journey. When you’ve reached your destination, stop the car, pick up & unlock your phone, wait a moment and press the Finish Button once it appears. The app will calculate the amount of points you’ve earned for that journey.
